Heal check, looking over the unconscious beggar. (1d20+8=20)
Father Timmis examines the unconscious beggar, a concerned look on his face as his minor magic fails to bring the injured man around. After a moment, he turns to the still conscious man and looks him over also. He turns toward the rest of the group, an arm still holding the manacled beggar gently.
"Hmm, looks to me like these two unfortunates are not quite in control of themselves," he says indicating the arm of the beggar lying on the ground. "See those needle marks? They both show signs of being drugged."
"What do you think? Should we take them back and let them sleep it off in the cells?" breaking off that thought, he frowns slightly as he muses to himself "Do we even have any cells?"

Harden Sull |

Harden looks around. Seeing that the crowd has backed off as much as it will in this district he drops down on a knee next to Savrial.
"Not magical huh?" He wracks his brain thinking of any drugs he might have heard of that could have caused this.

"Well, whatever it is, I do think we need to get them someplace to sleep it off," he pauses, "Assuming its something that gets slept off."

Anya kneels before the kobold with a gentle and open smile "We're sure you didn't, but I wonder, could you perhaps tell us what you did do to make them start chasing you? That way we can help you."
The kobold looks panicked. "I didn't do nothing wrong. I didn't sell nothing. I gave them some medicine. I didn't mean no harm. It just worked different for non-kobolds is all."

Yarden Talazac |

Yarden snarls as the small knife cuts a gash across her forearm. Licking the blood from her arm and advancing on the one who sliced her, small reddish scales start to appear on her face and arms. She lashes out at the man with her claws.

Looking around at the slightly dispersed crowd, and down at the two perps they had in hand Harden asks, "Well, should we drag them back and see what the el-tee wants done with them? Then they're at least off the street."
He prods one with his club, "And if they're locked up there, they aren't causing a scene out here. Whatever they are on, its some nasty stuff. Hope this isn't just the start of something..."
He looks at the other's to see what they think.

Somos |

Somos steps over to Yarden and attacks the tough that Yarden has not wounded.

Harden looks around the group and says, "Unless one of you can levitate this guy, I guess I'll carry him."
He positions the body to throw it up over his shoulder.
Harden would take 20 on a strength check if needed. He has 12 strength.
Harden shows a bit of chauvanism, but he also is trying to be nice. He doesn't really think that either Savrial or Timmis could carry the body well, and while Liandra most likely could, he is trying to be polite.

Father Timmis |

"I can help," Father Timmis offers, although he then offers a self-deprecating smile. "Not with carrying the poor man, I suspect I'd be more hindrance than help. However, I should be able to bring him around so he can walk himself." Murmuring a prayer, Father Timmis casts a brief spell as he places his hand over the unconscious beggar's forehead. Cure light wounds on the unconscious beggar. (1d8+3=11 hit points cured) After that, he returns to holding the manacled man gently but firmly, looking to Harden and Liandra and ready to escort the prisoners back to the lockup.

Yarden Talazac |

Turning to Yarden, "Are you alright?"
She gives a laugh, returning Somos' concern with, "better than this bastard is about to be."
She glances out the corner of her eyes and sees him take on her unwounded opponent, so she quickly sets about disabling the idiot who thought it was healthy for him to attack her.Dual Claw Attacks on Thug. (1d20+4=24, 1d20+4=6)

Harden gives Timmis a wry smile, "Yeah, I suppose that works too. Must be a bit obvious I'm used to working by myself."
He grabs a firm hold of the prisoner's manacled arm, not trusting him even in his weakened state.

Lynora de Trevante |

Somos is once again able to render a thug unconscious with a single powerful blow. As that one slumps down, the one Yarden is fighting clutches his bleeding midsection and falls over. He is unconscious and bleeding, but not dead yet.
The kobold continues to cower in front of Anya and Elya.
"I ain't saying nothing more," he squeaks.
Sorry for the long absence. Real life sometimes interferes. Again, apologies, and next time I will try to at least provide notice if I'm going to be gone.

Blind Man's Alley:
While the two prisoners struggle as you walk often subject to strange convulsions and screaming incoherently as you go, you are able to escort them safely back to the watch headquarters.
And I'm going to pause you there while the other group catches up because you'll be getting back at roughly the same time.

Yarden Talazac |

Is the Somos/Yarden/Anya&Elya team going to stabilize the guy before he bleeds out?
Yarden kicks the man she felled while he is down and turns to the others. "As much as it pains me to do so, does anyone know how to make sure this goon doesn't bleed to death before we get him back to the Station?"
She gives the Kobold a predatory smile, showing off her fangs and glowing eyes, but shifting her other features back to a more elven appearance. "I'll watch our little friend here if you girls want to help muscles with the trash," she jerks her thumb at Somos and the thugs as she walks over and crouches down to tightly grip the kobold's shirt. "You're not going to run away from me now are you? Because I reeeally wouldn't like that. And you've seen what happens when I don't like something," she montions to the still bleeding thug before remembering that she herself is still bleeding and wipes the blood off her arm onto the kobold's shirt.Intimidate the Kobold. And how are you all planning on transporting your unconscious prisoners?
Transportwise. I figure Somos can carry two of them and I spose I'll have to carry the lightest of them. The "Twins" can take care of the Kobold.

Somos |

"...muscles" Somos giggles/snorts "that's funny."
"Girls, I can tie his shirt around his wound but I do not know if that will stop the bleeding. Would you be able to stop it?"
Somos puts mancles on the other two. Steps aside to give the girls room.

The kobold shrinks back from her in fear.
"Please don't hurt me," he whimpers. "Shale is just the middle man. Is not worth the time to be killing me. Please?"
Yarden Talazac |

She grins at the little Kobold, a smile meant to be (at least) semi-reassuring, but her eyes and fangs make it look sinister. He shrinks back even further and she pats his back and says, "as I said. You don't give me areason to and I'm happy to let you live. I'm not a heartless b!tch after all."
"Lucky he can't see the colour of it though," she thinks to herself with another frightening grin.
She continues to hold the creature's shirt though, not entirely trusting him, while the others attend to the fallen men.
At this point she looks like a normal elf, but with glowing eyes and fangs

Father Timmis |

Harden gives Timmis a wry smile, "Yeah, I suppose that works too. Must be a bit obvious I'm used to working by myself."
"So what exactly did you used to do 'working by yourself'?" Father Timmis asks Harden, before indicating the rest of the group with a wave. "What brings you to serving in the watch alongside the rest of us?"

The kobold cowers in fear as you prepare to carry the other three back to the station.
Okay, I'm just going to give you this as an Int check. You need to take the kobold in, he's scared witless, and there are a lot of underground entrances between here and there that he can scamper into and you can't follow. It would probably be a good idea to cuff him. :)
Yarden Talazac |

Yarden sees that the others are finished with the thugs and she reaches around and pulls out her manacles. "Now I'm just going to put these on you for your own safety. Don't want anyone thinking your're assisting the Law now do we."
Once the cuffs are on, she hands the frightened Kobold over to the twins and tkes one of the thugs (the lightest) off Somos, hauling them all back to the Station House.

Harden's cheeks redden involuntarily at the cleric's query.
"I, well, I liked to think of myself as an urban explorer. I explored the city, dabbled in the alchemical arts. I made many friends, but normally I, uh, worked, alone," Harden glances over at the cleric as he speaks.
"My final, erm, exploration led me to a place that was owned by another. A comedy of errors insued and I ended up with you all. Ah well, just a service to our city and then back to our lives right?"
Harden hopes that ends the cleric's questions. He isn't sure why, but he's a bit embarrassed about his prior activities. Or maybe its just that he was caught.

"Say no more, my friend," smiles Father Timmis. "We've all done things we regret. What makes us who we are is not where we've been but where we are going. I'm glad to be serving with you, for one."

Liandra Nightwind |

"Look don't get upset, I used to be a "courier" for organized crime, till someone showed me the difference between doin' something with your life and being an errand girl for thugs."
She grins at Harden
"I'm just sayin' we're workin' together, mucht as well tell it like it is."

Lynora de Trevante |

As both groups approach the station house they can see the rest of the team heading in with their own arrests to be processed. As you all head inside, you find a madhouse of activity. There are people in manacles everywhere you look. A dwarf keeps banging his head against the floor, a drow is sprawled across a chair, unconscious, a human keeps trying to bite anyone who comes within reach, and it just goes on. A half-giant tosses a pair of passed-out orcs into a corner. In the middle of all this chaos stands Lt. Nico.
"Where the hell is that transport wagon?" she bellows.
The half-giant shrugs. "Kitty went to get it less than an hour ago. There's no way it will be here for at least another two hours. You know how the bureaucrats are."

Lynora de Trevante |

Nico notices that you have come in. She scans the prisoners you brought in. "Great. Just what we needed, more crazies for the loony bin we're obviously setting up here."
She runs a hand through her hair self-consciously. "Sorry, recruits. You didn't deserve that. It's been a long morning. Give me a quick run-down on what we have here."

Father Timmis |

"A couple of lunatics tryin' to kill each other. They had a audience and everything."
Father Timmis stands behind Liandra, still holding the arm of the beggar he escorted in, nodding as she gives her report.
"I think they've both been using some drug," he adds. "Although I'm afraid I couldnt tell you exactly what - it's not really my forte, I'm afraid."

Lynora de Trevante |

"Well, whatever it is I would hardly expect you to recognize it. It just hit the streets this evening and, as you can see, has already created a huge mess. I need to find out what this is, who's putting it on the streets, and how I get rid of it and pronto."
"I'll assume the three unconscious thugs were also high as kites? But what do we have here? A kobold? And what did you arrest the kobold for?"
