During playtesting (which has gone really well, players and I love new rules) I kept coming across the same problem:
No Index.
It made play really slow. I have other problems with this as well (it also made dungeon designing difficult) so yeah...
I told my players that, clearly, Paizo wouldn't be so stupid as to not add an Index in the actually published game, but my players pointed out several good examples as to why this just simply couldn't go unmentioned, and so, I now mention to you:
PLEASE have an Index in the actual core rule set; both the Handbook and Bestiary. Oh PLEASE!!!

As someone who has actually compiled indices, I understand how hard they are to create, but a good index makes a good book, GREAT.
I implore you to take Goblins' suggestion.
