Definitely Faction T-Shirts and in-stock Flip-Mats. I don't think there are any new discounts planned, unless Lisa comes up with something she really wants to put on sale. However, you don't have to pay shipping (but you do have to pay sales tax). Also, the Pathfinder Advantage discount will apply for Pathfinder AP subscribers.
I'll be selling custom maps...so would that be more like second-cousin than "third-party"?

How about dice? You know, for those of us old-school gamers who have become forgetful in their middle age? ;) Or just anyone who does last minute packing. :)
I swear I used to have a TON of dice ... but I've had to resupply over the last couple years ... have almost 3 confirmed sets at this point (lost a d12 somewhere ... <sigh>).

Are there any rules/regulations I should be aware of as far as having a few things of my own to sell (ie dice bags). I was thinking of tossing one or two in my bag in case some one liked the one I made for myself. Is this okay? I'm pretty naive about Cons and stuff so I'm not sure.

Joshua,What would be awesome... is if 3rd-party folks who sell through the Paizo online store could share a sales table or at the minimum advertise our presence on the Paizo store.
In terms of logistics, one laptop with an Internet connection can function as a cash register (thanks Paypal!) And a single table wouldn't take up a lot of room.
