Easiest AP to convert to PFRPG?

Which adventure paths have you guys converted to PFRPG and which ones were the easiest to convert so far? I own Rise of the Runelords, but want to know if CotCT or SD are any easier to convert.

I don't really "convert" them. I just run them and make whatever changes are necessary on the fly. Not many of the changes are really necessary to make the NPCs work properly, so it's easy to just wing it.

I'm currently playing Cotct with the Beta rules and mostly I just add the necessary modifications at the spot, except for major npc's which I stat out completely. So far it has worked like a charm.

I'm DM'ing Rise of the Runelords right now. We're using Pathfinder Beta and the only things I've done are:

1 - ll npc's got 6 extra HP (except when a poor commoner had to killed fast;-).

2 - calculate CMB's (easy)

It has worked fine, so far. My guess is that most of the AP's would work the same.. ?
