Sure does - only problem is, that's not an OGL feat :(

But this one is:
Improved Natural Attack [General]Prerequisite:
Natural weapon, base attack bonus +4.
Benefit
Choose one of the creature’s natural attack forms. The damage for this natural weapon increases by one step, as if the creature’s size had increased by one category: 1d2, 1d3, 1d4, 1d6, 1d8, 2d6, 3d6, 4d6, 6d6, 8d6, 12d6.
A weapon or attack that deals 1d10 points of damage increases as follows: 1d10, 2d8, 3d8, 4d8, 6d8, 8d8, 12d8.
This feat may be taken multiple times, but each time it applies to a different natural attack.

True, I had forgotten about that.
Would an unarmed strike of 1d4 be acceptable for a non-monk unarmored "martial artist" fighter type of character concept though? [Medium unarmed strike in Pathfinder improves from 1d3 to 1d4, once, as I read it.]
Maybe they would permit Improved Natural Attack to be taken at BAB 4, 10, 16, etc for Improved Unarmed Strike ?
Granted, this in turn could instigate an ugly cycle with monks turning around and really ramping up their damage per hit ... hrm.
Grist for the mill! ^_^
EDIT: With a fighter taking the 'Close' Weapon Training group and Improved Unarmed Strike, I can certainly see the 1d4 damage being acceptable. After all, a "physical martial artist" (non-monk) uses weapons first and foremost to thrash their enemies.
