How can a wizard detect a spell effect from Hallow?

Can an arcane caster detect the effect of a spell in place on Hallowed ground from a spellcraft check, and if so what is the DC?

This begs the question of whether wizards can make spellcraft checks to detect spells cast by divine casters in Pathfinder?
