Sorry if this is an identical thread, it looks like the website ate my last one.

I was sent an email almost three weeks ago (12/23/08) which said to expect my shipment to be sent in the next week or so. In my account it says that the items were indeed shipped on the 31st of December. Yet I never received an email confirming the shipment and the package still has not arrived yet. Should I be worried, or continue to be patient? Thanks for the help!

Well, this is my second attempt to answer this... :/

Your order was shipped on the 31st via standard postal delivery, which has an estimated time of 4 to 8 business days.

Today is business day 7, so it isn't really late yet. However, that does seem like a long time to just get across Lake Washington, doesn't it? At this point it is most likely just running late, but if you still haven't seen it by the beginning of next week, let me know and I will put a replacement in with your next subscription shipment.
