It seems that a necromancer can control an awful lot of undead, to the point of being somewhat excessive. Also, how does it work when the undead are being controlled already or if they're freewilled?
I'm about to run Skeletons of Scarwall and the necromancer in the group being able to control 48HD of undead seems likely to lead to some anti-climatic moments.
