An omission that has bothered me since the days of 3.5: you can't polymorph into yourself, only an average member of the species into which you transmute.
But shouldn't you be able to use alter self to appear as yourself, only ten years younger (which you could do in earlier editions of the game)? Or use polymorph to temporarily become yourself again after being reincarnated? Or use polymorph any object to transmute a petrified creature back into its non-petrified self for a short time?
