The Fang Hunter
The Fang Hunter is a specialist in hunting the lycanthropes that plague the night across Golarion but especially the poor souls of Darkmoon Vale. Many are members of the Fangwatch but membership is not a requirement. Instead, the Fang Hunters are sect of the Desnian church throughout the Inner Sea. These hunters follow the loose edicts of the Song of the Spheres. They well aware of Desna’s war with the Mother of Monsters, Lamashtu, and see lycanthropes as a manifestation of her domain of both monsters and nightmares, something the Goddess of Dreams cannot abide by.
Many, and most certainly most, Fang Hunters are rangers although barbarians, fighters, clerics and even the occasional druid takes up the cause. Most folk around the Inner Sea see the clergy of Desna as joyous, helpful, and even a bit disorganized.
