Last Issues of Dungeon and Dragon?

Gamer Life General Discussion

Now that I am finally over the shock and trying to figure out whether or not to play 3.5, Pathfinder, 4.0, or a blend of all three...do any of you think that the last issues of our beloved magazines will ever be worth some gold pieces to collectors in the future? Although sad, it is kind of cool having been a part of the final act of such a legacy. But I wonder, are those issues worth money to collectors?

looking at the 2.0 Dragons, they seem to mostly keep their face value, but not deviate much from it..

My guess is the last issues won't become worth anything for so many years that you'll miss it in your lifetime. I expect the print runs were larger than earlier magazines (not to mention newer). Now would be the time to buy up mint condition early magazines.
