When do I assume order is lost

I recently placed two order within about two days of one another the order I placed second (order#1085273) actually shipped first on Nov 24th. The order I placed first (order#1080477) shipped two days later on Nov 26th. I received order#1080477 on Dec 2nd even though it shipped two days later than the other order. As of yesterday Dec 8th I still hadn't received the othere order enough though it shipped two days earlier than the order I got a week ago. Should I wait another week before I assume the order is lost in the mail? The orders were roughly the same thing so I wouldn't think one should take longer because of size of the package or anything like that. There's no way to track them right?

If shipping type was usps then there is no way to track them. It isn't unusual for one shipment to arrive sooner than another, especially during holiday shopping season. I believe that it's still within the estimated shipping time (remember that Thanksgiving screwed up shipping times too) . Cos or Alison can tell you better details though

However, this is only an estimate, and it is rare for packages to get lost in the mail; more often than not they are just delayed. I'd say give it until Friday or so and if it still hasn't arrived let us know.

Just to add some more oddness to the whole thing. The last order I ordered shipped on Dec 4th and I just got it yesterday. So everything that has shipped after the missing order has arrived already. Hopefully the missing order shows up soon.

Well wouldn't you know it the box just showed up today. It's pretty thrashed so my guess is it got lost somewhere for a while. I see the replacements are still showing pending so feel free to cancel them. Granted a second set of dice is always nice. ;)
