Was this brought up before?
If so..sorry to bring up the topic again...
Is it safe to assume you just looked through your print copy, and didn't download the free PDF version?
Either that, or you haven't looked through the other PDF that came in the .zip file?
There is a web enhancement PDF that covers the missing spells, and some of the magic items. All you have to do is "order" the PDF (it's free),

Yeah; we didn't have room to include ALL the spells in the print version, so we only included the more commonly used spells. The remaining spells are in the free PDF web enhancement, and will most assuredly be in the final book (which will be a much bigger book than the print Beta).
and how about a note "please refer to SRD for spells not covered herein" so no GM can say: 'tis not in the book = can't use it

A GM can say that anyway. SRD does not equal PRPG

sure, Rule 0 cuts anything
but I think it's important to point out whether SRD spells not contained in the book where left out intentionally or merely forgotten. Its tricky to list spells that where just forgotten, so a note that any spell missing in the book (but contained in SRD) is still usable
would be really helpful.
