Order #1069311

Hey Cosmo (or any other CSR that happens to see this),

I have yet to receive Order #1069311: Pathfinder 15, Armageddon Echo. Order history says it was shipped on Oct 24th with a 4-8 day delivery timetable. I'm bearing in mind that sometimes things happen in the mail and been trying to give it time to see if arrives but I'm starting to give up hope now that Order #1084524: Pathfinder 16, Endless Night, arrived yesterday.

Any assistance you can give with this issue would be much appreciated.

This is day 15, so it is definitely late. I'm guessing Cos will say to wait until the end of next week - What with thanksgiving and the extra packages in the mail for black friday/cyber monday stuff

Wouldn't it be the 21st day though? Not counting the day it was shipped or since I'm in the continental USA, Veteran's Day. All I can do is wait and see but I wanted to go ahead and state my concern to Paizo.

24TH was a fri, so USPS picked it up on the 27th, and you don't count Saturdays or Sundays (Or Veteran's Day)

27th-31st = 5
+ 3rd-7th = 5
+10-14th = 4
+17 & 18 = 2

It should have turned up by now, and it hasn't been returned to us. I will put a replacement copy in with your next subscription shipment. If it should show up in the meantime, just let me know.

Just a heads up, I received the replacement Pathfinder #15 on Saturday, Nov 29th. Still no sign of the original shipment.
