Dwarven Defender-pls pls pls?

I'm personally a really big fan of Racial Specific PRCs. I like giving Elves and Dwarves each a specific fighting style as, as the system currently exists, I don't think race plays an important enough role in character creation.

That being said, the Dwarven Defender had a lot of problems, but it was a very cool class, and I'd personally like to see it return. (maybe at the cost of something less cool, like the Dragon Disciple).

As mentioned in the welcome post, the selection of pclasses for the book is pretty set at this time. The concept here is one that I like and it will likely return in a later book, but we have no room in this one.
