Swift Performance [General]
Benefit- Select one bardic performance you know. You can activate this bardic performance ability as a swift action. Using this ability consumes two uses of your daily bardic performances.
Special- You can select this feat more than once. Each time, it must apply to a different bardic performance you know.

Harmonize and Greater Harmonize spells from Races of Stone already let you initiate bardic music powers as move actions. I personally wouldn't blow a feat on that.
Also, the Sonorous Hum spell from Spell Compendium lets you maintain concentration on an ongoing spells as a free action (great for illusion, flaming sphere, ball lightning, and other concentration spells...)
Finally, Complete Adventurer states that if you play either a lute, violin, flute (i.e. any instrument that requires two hands from the bard) you can cast bard spells as a swift action that round. I guess WotC thought this was too uber, so made this a feat in the latter "Complete Mage" (i.e. the feat Melodic Casting)
So with Melodic Casting feat, Harmonize spell, and Sonorous Hum spell, my bard was able, in a typical round, to activate two bardic music effects (move + standard), cast a spell (swift), maintain an existing spell (free), and take a 5 foot step (free).
yeah... I pissed off my DM and swung the tide of battle many a time with that young gnomish bard dude! LOL! :P
