Last I saw, subs were going out this week. The retail say date still say ~10 December.

You know, Vic, the amount of love I feel for you when you make these announcements is almost too much to bear. If I were to fail my will save, I don't know what I'd do! Perhaps you should spread the task around to other Paizonians so they can deflect some of the admiration and thanks away from you.

The Journal was a pretty good this issue (always the first thing I read).

Add another praise for the incredible awesomeness that is the Deep Crow.

It makes me wonder if I should ever hand these out to Pathfinder PCs, though.

Ha! Awesome. I've been waiting to see folks' reaction to the deep crow for what seems like half a year now. yay!

HA! Yay! Yeah, turns out Jerry, Mike, and Mike over at Penny Arcade are pretty awesome guys in addition to being big ol' gamer geeks. ^_^

Contributor

Oh, and it turns out that...

Spoiler:
SNAKE PEOPLE

...are AWESOME too!

Dark Archive

Well After giving it a read through all I'm going to say is ouch for Lini (Picture on pg 47 if you wonder what I mean. Oddly it makes me wonder if that was requested or artist discretion since I've never seen a picture in any of the adventure paths or Modules with a dead Iconic in it before)

Requested! And we've got blasted Ezren in #11 and Seoni getting whacked off a cliff in #5, though you're right, none are quite so blatant. I like to show the iconics getting beat up more in the latter half an an Adventure Path. Have no fear though! Another iconic gets it pretty bad by the end.

Sovereign Court

Wait, there's a Deep Crow in PF#16?

You guys. You just make me so happy!

Bit of an understatement. Maybe I'm looking at the picture wrong but it looks like her arm has actually been torn off. A touch I like though is the semi-catlike appearance of the face looks like she was in beast form before the unpleasantness happened.

Oh yeah and great job on the rest of the issue as well.

BAH! Gnomes aren't people. Anyway. It's Mike's iconic.

Liberty's Edge

*tilts neck*

Is the picture on page 28 upside down?

What is this, Hollow World?

EDIT: Ah, wait... nevermind.

Hah! We didn't want to press our luck, but every at PA was super cool and we'd love to work with them on something like this again. You so rarely get chances for cool pop-nerdery and fantasy adventure cross overs.

~innocent look~ Shall I tell Mike that you said that when he and I next play some CoH?

Oh, we make it up to him by the end of the run.

Like me describing the art is going to do it justice. Tune in for Pathfinder #18. :P

Woo-hoo!

Scarab Sages

It makes me happy that both of the instigators in this Deep Crow (Paizo and Penny Arcade) live mere miles from me.

Not that I have cameras set up in both locations or anything. <_<

Gah, now I want...No Need to get this. If only to see the Deep Crow.

Spoiler:
It's time like these I hate not having my sub

Liberty's Edge

just got access to my pdf file today :-)!!!

I just got a Pathfinder subscription on Monday, which listed issue #15 as the issue that is being shipped to me. Checking the "My Subscriptions" tab I see that #15 was shipped to me on Tuesday (yey!) but my next volume is Volume #17 which scheduled to ship January 2009. There's no mention of #16, will I have to order #16 separately? Sorry if this type of issue is addressed somewhere else....

Most odd, that. We'll look into it, and get it fixed up.

Deep Crow, OMFG.

What next, Penny Arcade's Giant Killer Panda or Starslip Crisis's Cirbozoids ?
