Order #1019740 - WTF? (2nd try)

Customer Service

Silver Crusade

Hi! I'm a bit confused about this order. It seems to be combining my previous order and the current one. I have already received Pathfinder #15 and the Elves of Golarian. Now it is showing my credit card was denied. Please advise.

This is a double post.

Friend, you may get a warmer reception from customer service if you don't use abusive language.

Sorry, I'm not sure what you are referring to. Could you identify what what you are speaking of? My intent was not to offend, but to get to the bottom of a strange situation.

I think what he's referring to is that your tone could be read as a little snarky (especially the WTF in the title).

With that said, it seems that this happened to more than just you (at least two other reports I've seen on this board this weekend) so I'm sure Gary is looking into the cause. In the meantime, this was only the authorization, not the actual charge, so this is not actually putting you behind on the shipping of the books. If you don't hear something from Cosmo or Alison in the next day or so, I would call the customer service number located on the bottom of this page with the copywrite information.

The Exchange

Yeah, you're not alone with this problem. But I'm sure Cosmo and friends do their best to solve this issue.

Because I thirst for more Pathfinder goodness and don't want to have to return to drink human blood. Use to taste better in the past. But nowadays it smacks of heavy metals all to often.

What does everyone have against Work Time Fun? Do people hate that PSP game that much? :-)

Paizo Employee Director of Sales

This was due to a bug in our system that occurred to a small number of orders on Friday. We have reprocessed the affected orders and you should have just received a new confirmation order for your new Pathfinder #16 order.

thanks,
cos

PS - When I first looked at these orders, I also thought "WTF!"
Or, more accurately, "NOT WTF!"... as in, this will NOT be Work Time Fun fixing these orders! (This is why I wasn't able to get to your post yesterday... I apologize for the delayed response)
