Order # 1061249 & 1072920

Just curious why these two orders are both still pending, the last one has been pending for over a week, and the other for about two. Is there any way to expedite matters on these two orders?

it depends on what the items on the order are - look on the item pages, most say "usually ships from the warehouse in xx to xx business days" If it is not 2-3 days, then they have to get it from the distributor, and will not leav pending until it comes in from the distributor

There are actually two issues going on here.

For order 1072920, it is as the Captain says above. The dice Koplow dice on the order have an estimated ship date of 5 to 11 business days from the date of purchase. Since they were ordered on Friday the 7th and yesterday was a holiday, today is the 2nd business day. It should ship sometime between the 17th and the 25th of this month.

Order 1061249 is a bit more complicated, actually. You should have received and email on 10/17 informing you of a problem with the payment method for this order. There would have been links in this mail that you can use to change the associated payment method. It doesn't appear that this has been done, and that is why the order has never shipped. Unfortunately, this part of the system has been problematic before, and sometimes it fails to reprocess automatically when it should. If this is the case, let me know and I will reprocess the order.

Otherwise, there are two ways we can get the order to ship. If you still have that email from last month, use the links there and fix the payment method. If you do not have the email, go to your My Subscriptions page and change the payment method there. Either way, please send me an email at customer.service@paizo.com letting me know that the change has been made, and the last 4 digits of the credit card to which you wish the order charged. I will then go in and make sure that the order is successfully re-processed, and we will get it shipped out as soon as possible.
