I have been debating the idea that sorcerer dropping the Wiz spell lines and instead get a combination of Cleric and Wizard. I am envisioning that they would have certain access to schools from both classes and be denied access to other schools. For example they wouldn’t get the Healing Conjuration School or the Evocation schools, but might have access to other schools. What do ya think?

You're kidding about the Evoc right? I would have a riot if I told Sorcerer's they couldn't do Evocation spells.
On top of this, if you start breaking down by bloodlines what schools sorcerer's can take and can't take then you are increasing the space the sorcerer takes up in the book, I am sure that's not a thrilling idea to the publishers. You are also then turning them into specialist wizards, but they have to take a stock version that the creators have come up with. Over all I think that this is a poor idea.

Nope I am just tossing out ideas, I would like to see a little balance to the classes and that was the idea behind this initiative by Pazio. The way I see it is that the spell caster tried to serve a certain role.
Cleric Buffer/Healer
Druid Healer/Nuker
Wizard Nuker/Buffer
Sorcerer?

Well, I can appreciate throwing out ideas. I am not seeing this one working, as you have proposed. Taking the nuking part away from the sorcerer (who is the best nuker in the game mind you) just seems like a bad idea to me.
I think giving a few bonus spells to different bloodlines seems to be the best way. I like the Celestial's bent toward healing without making it a Favored Soul.
