Although they are mentioned several times, I couldn't find the definition for special materials (admanantine, mithral, etc.) in the Pathfinder Beta.

The rules either haven't changed from 3.5, or haven't been written yet. They are releasing some aspects of the game in stages. It could just be that Materials is something they have yet to release.
