Playtest Reports

Heya.

So, here's the rub. I'm teaching four of my friends to play D&D using Pathfinder rules and the Rise of the Runelords AP. I'm pretty excited about it, shaping young minds and what not, but also I haven't played with Pathfinder rules yet, so I'm looking forward to the changes and such.

I've read most of the AP and am pretty familiar with it, so that's not a concern, and I know 3.5 rules fairly well too. Anyone had any roadbumps with the new rules and new players thus far? Word of wisdom to give to a new player?

And I'll be updating this thread with our progress regularly, and maybe getting a few people to join the boards, so watch out!

Start with 1st level canonical party. Make sure they know how their characters work. Choose adventure which allows for delays and errors in judgement.
