I've been reading many a post of folks who will not be playing the official version of Dungeons and Dragons and don't like the upcoming Pathfinder Role-Playing game despite its backward-compatibility to the 3.x SRD.
So where are the D&D 3.x RAW sites or publishers? Where do folks who play D&D 3.x RAW go for future modules, supplementary material, etc.? I've heard of sites that still continue to support OD&D and even AD&D lst edition (via creative interpretation of the OGL). There must be similar places for DMs/players who don't want dragonborn or eladrin in the official rules. Same with clerics who heal party members while turning undead or sorcerers with breath weapons due to their bloodlines.

No idea. For the time-being Pathfinder is still 3.5e and I'm going to have so much 3.5e content by the time Pathfinder goes to PFRPG that I hadn't thought to look. Honestly I own enough WotC content for 3.5e that I can never use it all, I'm just a consumer and like to buy more.
I think for the time being Paizo is still providing the function you're after since they're still 3.5e. I've heard of at least one other 3.5e/OGL company (doing 3.5e/OGL modules) but I can't remember the name off the top of my head.

Not yet, but I believe it should be very soon. Last I checked it still said October for the release date.

The nice thing about backward compatibility is that we will get 3.x material from Paizo that is basically playable with the OGL rules with a minimum of tweakage. Plus it won't be switched over fully until August of next year.
There are many 3PP still working the 3.5 mojo. Razor Coast should be out soon, Nick Logue had a bit of a trying time moving forward due to RL concerns but I just saw on his Sinister Adventures site that he will be rolling forward soon.
Kobold Quarterly is a good bet for future 3.5 support. The magazine just started 4E support as well, and is running both Pathfinder and 3.5 articles. I think Wolfgang will try to stay an open marketplace for all popular systems.
EDIT: And a new PDF mag just started: WereDragon Magazine that offers some nice crunch articles and adventures in a 3.5 vein.

As mentioned above, I plan to support 3.5 in KQ as long as there's interest (and there's definitely a lot of interest). There new monsters, spells, and items in every issue, plus ecologies and feature articles on various topics of interest to D&D gamers.
I'll also continue to write new 3.5 adventures in the Open Design style. May switch that to Pathfinder RPG support at some point down the road, depending on licensing terms.

As a fan of 3.5, I have been looking for sites that are good haunts for people who still love the 'old' game. While I have found a few, (Wolfgang's site has some really good folks on it, btw), I have not found any that have near the traffic that I am used to (by that I mean compared to here or WOTC).
If I find any, I will post it here, but at this point I am still looking.

The problem is most people that are sticking around with 3.5 are experienced with it, while alot of traffic is started by people asking questions about the system.

Three cheers for the Kobold!

While I see your point pressman, When I have seen posts that I found interesting at these sites, any reply is usually slow(a day or more), I think had they been posted here or on WOTC, they would have seen a lot more action.
Take my last post here. The D&D 3.5/d20/OGL (to me anyway) is one of the less active topics here. Yet in a short amount of time, there was a reply to my post. If I post an item on any of the other boards, I wait at least a day before I even look for anyone to reply.
I really think that the places I have visited have a much smaller base of regular posters. A few of these are new and they are building, so that is to be expected.
Edit: See that? I did not bother to put anything from pressman's post in quotes because I figured that my post would fall right below his. But before I could even get it written, someone else made a post. This is not something that I would expect to happen on any of the other boards :)

This is indeed a frisky hyperactive hive of wonderment!

Speaking for myself, I don't have any need for more modules, and I don't want any more supplements. I've got tons and tons of adventure material I still haven't used yet, so I'm not looking for any support sites like you're talking about.

I agree. I like an active forum that I can browse and see what discussions are interesting. At WOTC and Here, there were more than I could keep up with - which is good.
To be fair, on some sites it’s not the amount of activity, it’s the focus. For example, I checked out the RPTools forum because I really like their tools. There are good people there, but to my eye most of the posting related to their tools and technology (which makes sense). I was looking for more general D&D discussions.
While I would agree with varianor that the more activity, the more ‘garbage’ that you have to pick through, for me there is not enough 3.5 related activity here. I would like to see a lot more then we currently have here in the 3.5 forum (indeed if there were more, I doubt that I would look to other sites).

Like you I have more books and adventures than I think I can use in a lifetime. That said, what I would like from a support site is a forum where I can talk to a large group of other people to trade posts with. The edition wars have made this harder. I would have stayed at the WOTC site, but I did not feel welcome. I have always felt that D&D was more about who you played with and how you played (style) rather than the rules, but it is clear to me that what edition you play has to many players become what flag you sail under and you are marked as friend or foe based on that. I want to find a place where I can share my love for 3.5 without coming under fire from other posters just because I did not choose as they did.
