Any clarification on which forms of Bardic performance require concentration to maintain?

Classes: Bard, Monk, and Rogue

I am confused about which of the various forms of Bardic performance require concentration to maintain?

Has this been clarified anywhere?

Also, although casting spells and activating magical items which require a activation word is not allowed, can a bard melee while using
an ability which does not require concentration?

Only the ones that explicitly state that they require concentration: Inspire Competence, Song of Freedom, and Soothing Performance.

All other Performances only require the initial standard action, with no actions required on the following rounds (though, as stated, casting spells and such will end ANY performance).

Of course. Why wouldn't they be able to?

Fascinate requires concentration too.
