As they stand they still work in Pathfinder so "updating" may not be the word you are looking for, "fixed" might apply, "downgraded" might too.
As they are there pretty irrelvent or overpowered.
And most DMs don't touch them with a ten foot poll but keep in mind that posion would be more easy to access than magic.If you look in the book drow and dragon bile are overpowered but the rest are mehish.
Plus poison has been a big part of medevil fantasy look at the book sliverthorn, in 3.5 it is mostly irrelvent.

Two quick pedantish corrections: The words you were looking for are irrelevant and medieval/mediaeval.
Regarding your assessment: I find drow knockout poison to be on the weak side, since it has a relatively low DC. I consider drow to be appropriate enemies for mid- to high-level characters, not for low-level ones. And at that time, a DC 13 poison will not do much.
