Would creating a new Talent(perhaps Advanced)that allows a Rogue to use his Dex mod for damage instead of Str be a good idea? Maybe add in that you have to have Weapon Finesse(taken either via the Talent or as a normal feat)
I love rogues- but this would just be bad.
Rogues get SA with TWF to offset the fact that they have low/no strength. Allowing them to apply their huge dex to their damage would be sliding their melee damage over the top.
They are already lifting the SA immunity on alot of creatures- they do not need dex to damage as well.
