Is that right? According to Table 4-11, they rogues only get one advanced talent at 10th level. So much good stuff and only get to pick one? That sucks. Why not another one, say at 16th level?

On p.40 under Advanced talents it says:
At 10th level, and every two levels thereafter, a rogue can choose one of the following advanced talents in place of a rogue talent.
Once she hits 10th level, a rogue can effectively choose whether to gain an advanced talent or a regular talent every two levels. The keyword at level 10 in table 4-11 is just there to denote that this is the level where advanced talents kick in, although I do admit it is a little ambiguous now that you point it out.

Ah, I didn't see that. Okay, the table shows both at 10th so I assumed you got one of each, and then just a regular talent after that. Maybe it should read "Rogue talent or advanced talent" or something like that at 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20. Or maybe it should just read "Advanced talent" and the note under the advanced talents entry should be that you can take a regular talent instead of an advanced one, rather than the current you can take and advanced talent instead of a regular one. Just semantics, I realize, but it makes it seem like taking regular talents is the norm when I assume folks will most take advanced talents once they can.
Note: I'm going some of this over in the errata thread.
