Looking to make some Scarlet Brotherhood assassins for a game and I am stating up some monk multi classes.
It appears that the two classes would work well together. A few questions in regards to the classes:
The Ninja HD would you bump this to D8?
Would the Ki stack?

As a general rule for HD, I have been leaving non base classes alone until i can see how they work with the new system.
If i had to change, i would look at the balance, For classes where a different HD was a class feature, I would leave it as is or up it one depending on situation.
As for Ki, No.
I would not let them stack.
It would be like allowing sorcerer and wizard spellcasting levels to stack.
