Trouble replying to some threads

I can't reply to both Jade Oath threads and a few others.
I have found a few that give me the reply box though so it isn't a consistent thing.
Other people are also having problems not being able to reply.

I'd like to submit a IT Troubleshooting Ticket please.

Can you try signing out and signing back in?

ok, that seems to have done the trick.
Hopefully the others will follow this to fix their problem as well.

I'm having a similar problem. I created a thread yesterday and can't reply or add anything to it. I have tried logging out and back in. I'm currently using Firefox 3.0.3. Strangely enough I can post in this thread.

Basically, when the problem occurs for you, it only occurs on one of our many store applications. Signing out and back in *usually* sends you to a new application, but there's a small chance that you'll be sent to the same one again. If that happens, signing out and in yet again will usually work (unless you're unlucky enough that you get sent to the same application three times in a row)! Alternately, if you wait a while—anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours—the problem will solve itself.

Hopefully Gary can track down the bug soon....
