Ranger: Urban Ranger

Classes: Barbarian, Fighter, and Ranger

I notice that "Urban" is an allowed terrain in the Favored Terrains,
but I wonder if the other features of the "Urban Ranger" will be included as a Class Option, namely:

Adopt the Bard Spell List.
Woodland Stride & Camouflage become Urban appropriate.
Tracking bonuses apply to Gather Info, as a subset of Diplomacy, rather than Survival.
The Class Skills changed to be more Rogue/Bard-ish.
The Animal Companion could be limited to smaller, Urban ones (incl. Horses?),
but perhaps they could follow the Familiar rules instead of Animal Companion.
If a Ranger is actually becoming an "Urban Ranger" with all those changes,
it might make sense to ditch the Favored Terrain completely for them, and instead allow "Favored City" bonuses...?

If these aren't to be included, would it make sense to at least specify
that the Ranger Tracking bonuses apply to Gather Info if the Ranger has Favored Terrain: Urban...?

I think that such wide-ranging changes to the basic class would be included, if at all, in a book of PF variants, just like Unearthed Arcana.

Well, sure,
but at the least it should be clarified how the Favored Terrain Tracking bonus applies to Urban Terrain, since Gather Info is normally used for "Tracking" people down in cities, not Survival:Tracking.

I suppose, by the RAW, you could still use the Survival skill to do this, even in an urban area, but given that Gather Info has been well developed as the means to do this, it's somewhat vague territory.
