Yesterday Paul Newman passed away at 83 of cancer.
The man made one hell of a lemonade. Pretty good actor too.
ahhh arsebiscuits
I ate 18 eggs in 60 seconds in college because of Cool Hand Luke
end of yet another era
I loved that guy. Very sad to see him go.
As a form of homage, I guess, I intend to keep buying his salad dressing and spaghetti sauce as long as they keep making them.
Damn, that sucks. I loved the lemonade.
Bummer. That dude kicked ass. R.I.P.
The last of the greats has gone then....
Paul Newman. What an incredible man. The more I have learned about him over the years, the more impressed I've been at his talent and compassion.

The man's filmic resume.
He did so much
R.I.P. Butch Cassidy.
Have fun in South America.
There will never be anyone with his talents again.
R.I.P. Mr. Newman.
I think I'm going to watch Cool Hand Luke tonight. Paul Newman was one of my Dad's favorite actors. They looked similar enough as well, striking blue eyes and all. Since my dad passed, I've found it hard to watch any of his movies, but I'll give it a go.

He had it on his face right to the very end. Hell, if they didn't know it 'fore, they could tell right then that they weren't a-gonna beat him. That old Luke smile. Oh, Luke. He was some boy. Cool Hand Luke. Hell, he's a natural-born world-shaker."
Appropriate for the man himself.
One of the best actors EVER. Also a great humanitarian. The profits from the Newman's Own product line went to charity. He defiantly will be missed.
i'm speechless...and really sad. dude was a helluva actor. "Cool Hand Luke" is just about perfect in my mind, but he's done so much more...
Rest in peace and thank you.
Not only a class actor, but a class human being. (Today's celebrities should take a good look for both reasons.)

Great Actor. Great Man.
The Sting and Butch Cassidy & The Sundance Kid are two of my favourite movies. I think I'm gonna have to pull Butch & Sundance out of the DVD Cabinet and watch it; haven't done so in a while.
R.I.P.
Sad to hear. He was a fine actor and seemed like a good man.
Well before his death he set up his Newman's own line so that it will continue. So we have a perfect example of one man truly making a difference not only with his life, but continuing well after his passing.
