Chronicles vs companion oops?

Customer Service

Dear Sirs, Mams,

I put an order in for A chronicles subscription, largely to get the setting in both didgets and dead tree. There appears to have been a mess up at the front office as I now have an available download for a companion product. Could someone take a look into this and make sure that the proper product is on the download page? Thank you for you time and have a great day.

If you had an active AP subscription when #13 shipped, you received the Pathfinder Companion: Second Darkness Player's Guide (including pdf) for free as a subscriber perk.

Is that what you're seeing?

might be but I have yet to see the setting. is it normal for this to take a bit?

when did you put in the subscription. The PdF isn't availible until it ships, so it usually take 2-3 days if you look at your order history (click on my acount then order history) look for the order for the campaign setting. If this says shipped, you shoulf have the download if it is pending or shipping, you won't.

Thank you Captain, Have a nice day.

Once again, Captain and the Answer Dragon are on point and doing my job for me! Thanks guys!

JDabidR,

I checked your subscription history and everything is as it should be. You did get the Pathfinder Companion: Second Darkness as a free premium with your Pathfinder #13. The first shipment of your Pathfinder Chronicles subscription, the Campaign Setting Hardcover, will be shipping out to you this week.

I did notice one thing, however. Right now, your Campaign Setting hardcover is set to ship by itself, which is probably a good idea for this particular book. However, you have not yet chosen any combined shipping option for your two subscriptions, so they will continue to ship separately. This is generally not optimum, and you may find yourself paying a bunch of extra shipping and handling fees. I would suggest that you swing by your My Subscriptions page and choose a combined shipping option for your future shipments. This will save you some scratch in the long run. :)

Thanks,
cos
