Where is "CMB" described in the book?
I'm confused by orisons and cantrips
It states in the design note box that Orisons are at will.
It states that wizards cast cantrips at will and it seems that sorcerers cannot.
So if a 1st level wizard can cast 3 spells a day, how is that casting it at will? Does it mean the wizard picks three spells for the day and can then cast them as a spell like ability at will for the day than pick new ones or keep the same the next??

For the Orisons and Cantrips, their effects are described under the cleric, sorceror and wizard classes, under the "Orisions" and "Cantrips" headings.
And the Sorceror does get Cantrips at will as well.
CMB is described on page 150, and it is Base attack bonus + Strength modifier + special size modifier. It is also on the character sheet at the back of the book.

right. I'm not getting what it means. It states that wizards has three 0 level spells per day. My question was, does the mean the wizard gets to pick three of his cantrips and use them at will during that day as a spell like ability??
thanks for the cmb page.

Ok, I'm using the cleric here, but they all say the same thing.
"Orisons (Sp): Clerics can prepare a number of orisons, or 0-level spells, each day. They can cast these spells at will as a spell-like ability. The number of orisons a cleric can prepare each day is noted in Table 4–5 under “Spells per day.” Orisons are treated like any other spell cast by the cleric in terms of duration and other variables based on level. Orisons cannot be channeled through spontaneous casting."
Ok, from reading that, I would gather that the Cleric looks at the chart, sees that he gets 3 level 0 spells he can prepare at 1st level. he then prepares those and can use those as spell like abilities at will for the rest of the day.
Actually, I'm not really sure how else that can be interpreted. if they could only cast them once, then what would be the point of the "at will" part? and why mention them separately?...
