Yay! my first appearance!
Well, here goes... As I read Gorgon's Fist and Scorpion Style you cannot use them as part of a full attack routine. Am I mistaken or what?
Does that mean that for me to use medusa's wrath I need to spend two rounds with a single attack each round to get two extra attacks in round three, asuming my opponent fails his saves?
... this seem like such a bother, and too much trouble for very little gain....

It's not quite as bad as you say; you can alternate Gorgon's Fist, Medusa's Wrath, Gorgon's Fist, Medusa's Wrath, etc. But you're right, that's pretty lame (considering that Gorgon's Fist has a save to ignore its effects).
But that's not the only way to use Medusa's Wrath. In particular, if you can make your opponent flat-footed, you can use it. And Pathfinder has introduced a couple of ways to make an opponent flat-footed (using the Stunned Defense feat, pinning an opponent). Likewise, Medusa's Wrath works against dazed, stunned, etc. foes.

Oki thanks!
That cleared things up a bit. Lesson of the day... Read them feat descriptions properly ;-) So stunning fist should do the trick and down goes the bad-guy.... I hope :-)

Sadly, Stunning Fist does /not/ work; the opponent is stunned "until just before your next action". So by the time your next action rolls around, he's not stunned any more.

HAHAHAHA! This is so sad that it's actually funny! Okay, must rethink this a few more times I guess... and still haven't learnt my lesson of the day it appears... About reading things thouroughly... Dang!
Thanks yet again

To be fair, I suggested the exact same thing and it was Samuli who shot me down. So join the club! :-)

Welcome to the boards!
Anyway, always remember that several people can work together here. Say the cleric uses sound burst to stun the enemy and you get to work on him afterward.
Great, now he'll hound me into memorizing sound burst since I'll be playing the cleric in the same campaign... :-p

You can either stop complaining or encourage me to scour the cleric spell list for other suitable spells... :P

I'll be playing a summoning focused cleric so maybe I should see if any of the creatures I can summon can do stuns (I was mostly going to go with elementals - fits a dwarven cleric of Dumathoin the best I think).

Let me bring this back from the dead. Medusa's wrath reads:
Medusa’s Wrath (Combat)
You can take advantage of your opponent’s confusion,
delivering multiple blows.
Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Strike, Gorgon’s Fist,
Scorpion Style, base attack bonus +11.
Benefit: Make two additional unarmed strikes as part
of your full attack action at your highest base attack
bonus. All of your unarmed strikes must be made against
a dazed, f lat-footed, staggered, or stunned foe.
Now, to me that means a monk can do the following:
1. Flurry and use a Ki point to add an additional attack to it.
2. First strike is a stunning fist.
3. Enemy is now stunned.
4. I'm still in my full attack action and I'm now facing a stunned foe. I can make two additional attacks on top of the 2 I already have from flurry and using a ki point (4 more attacks).
Is that not right? The feat doesn't say the unarmed strikes must be made against an opponent that is "stunned prior to your turn" it just says "a stunned foe."
If the intention was that you can only use it if someone else is helping you ... that's sort of dum isn't it? One of the monks main strengths is supposed to be to get to an enemy that is hard to get to and keep them busy right?
