If you meant Racial Starting Languages, they're towards the end of each Race's section. "Languages: Dwarves begin play speaking Common and Dwarven. Dwarves with high Intelligence scores can choose any of the following: Elemental, Giant, Gnome, Goblin, Orc, and Undercommon."
...I don't think that they will be detailed much more than that in the final rulebook.
(the Racial Starting Languages are somewhat dubious, since they are setting specific, really.
It would make more sense to not list such things in Core Rules, but it's D&D tradition.)
Languages are really dependent on your setting. For instance a Dwarf from Qadira in Golarion is certainly going to know Kelish (even though it's not on "the list"). If you're playing in one of Paizo's Pathfinder AP's or in Golarion, the Player Guides and Campaign Setting provide info on the Languages.

Ya gotta know what monsters your going to have before you know what they speak.
Since we're using the D&D MMs I use the D&D language list. If PF comes out with a MM I'd expect a language list of the creatures therein.
But that still means that we need to carry our PHB for this (or copy the pages with this list). They could have added this small list in the book under Linguistics.

Dwarves(and only Dwarves) get the option to speak Elemental at 1st-level. If PF has removed the four elemental tongues, it makes even less sense for Dwarves to speak Elemental than it did for them to speak Terran. After all, there isn't even an obvious causal link between the language and the race now.

I agree with Arakhor. I think the main reason to condense these four languanges into one is to make it easier for conjurers to be able to communicate with summoned elementals.

Well, if it previously made sense for Dwarves to speak Terran with Earth Elementals,
and all the Earth Elemental now speak Elemental instead of a distinct Earth Elemental language,
it would seem that it makes just as much sense for the Dwarves to speak Elemental,
there just happens to be a side-benefit that they can also speak with OTHER Elementals.
Like if you learn English to speak with Brits, and there's a side benefit of speaking with Indians, Malays, Singaporeans, Jamaicans, Belizeans, South Africans, Nigerians, Irish, etc...
(not the perfect analogy, I know)

Unfortunately you can't use English to talk to Glaswegians :P
It has the unintended side-effect of making Dwarves this unique race that has the power to speak to elementals where no other PF race so far does.
Humans can also learn Elemental as well, don't forget :P
This is why humans are the best overall race in the game imho.
