I may have missed it but I am wondering how often a wizard is able to use the special abilities he gets for being a Specialist. Is it just once per day?
If you are talking about the 1st level abilities, most of them are "at will" or as often as they want. For example, the Acid Dart ability of the Conjurer is an "at will" ability that requires a standard action. If he wants, he can throw acid darts every round, all day long.
