Question on Thoughness (pg 96)

The copy states: Toughness: You have enhanced physical stamina.
Benefit: You gain +3 hit points plus 1 hit point per Hit
Die. Every time you gain a level or gain Hit Dice, you gain
+1 hit point.

That means the core races at lvl 1 gets +4 correct?
