The players will be starting in a small port city named Waterlog. The population is around 1000.

Ah, a pair of muscles that come with morals; I feel safer already. We have our finesse and trapfinder in the pick, and it seems at least two other people of learning and culture. Excellent. I'm almost feeling at home.
