Am I missing something in Beta

I'v bveen bussy to making some playtest characters, but couldn't find
where the forbidden mage schools are posted for specialist wizards.

I also couldnt find the number of spell's a wizard is alowed to start with.

It may go without saying I never play a wizard (sorcerer too btw)
