It nice to see the list in the back of the book. But it does not give you any idea about how to purchase (ie cost) or how to make them? I found a reference in a WoTC book Complete Adventurer and they had Craft:Poison Making.
I find that this is a hole in the game as some player will wish to use poisons.
It would be nice to have this expanded upon please. Is there an applicable skill in PF?

I have always seen this as an expression of the craft skill. In my home campaign, I have usually set craft DCs similar to alchemy items of equivalent value. the time spent crafting the poison represented distilling, purifying, and altering the base component into a stable, long lasting version. The RAW do not address this in the 3.5 or 3.P core, but it does seem a logical extension of the rules.

Seems that you punks and old farts are swamping this discussion, so I have to show presence as well. ;-P
My prediction is that information on how to acquire or create poisons for all your nefarious deeds will be provided in good time.
Until that time, the old adage applies: If you don't know about it, it is not for you.

The table of Craft skills on p.59 has a list of DCs for crafting various items. Antitoxin has a Craft (alchemy) DC of 25, so that could easily be expanded to include poisons as well.
That said, it wouldn't hurt to add a line to the table with Craft (poison) DCs, just to spell things out (or if the DC is adjusted by the level of the poison).
Maybe a flat DC of 20, plus the level of the poison?
