GMs Practical Observations and Suggestions

I plan on GMing for PS, and would be very interested to hear the practical observations of the GMs at Gencon. For example, were there a bunch of incorrect characters (stats, etc) (noticed a bunch already on the boards), what did you feel was most important to ensure the scenarios ran on time, etc, etc. In general what should we be on the lookout for so that our session is as official as possible, and it flows.

Good idea! I am DM ing all four scenarios at GenCon UK. I'm running Slot Zeros for three of them next Friday and next Monday. I can see a few potential problems. They look pretty deadly for 1st Level characters.

I would really appreciate any helpful warnings on this thread or by email.
