I'm trying to find the exotic, but I can't.
It's basically a mix of greatsword and greataxe, not much better than either. The only advantage it has is the +2 disarm bonus, and I wouldn't call that enough to warrant it being exotic.
What about making it 19-20/x3, or even /x4. Or 18-20/x2, since it's supposed to be a big large kukri. Or at least make it finessable.
As the only addition to racial weapons, I find it somewhat disappointing. I'd have liked to be more of them, and ones that pack a bit more of a punch.
I'd vote for the finesse part, since that would be decidedly elven.

I agree, just giving a +2 disarm is a bad reason to have it be exotic. I also thought an 18-20/X2 was needed to keep the 'like a kukri' aspect.
