This order shipped on August 5th, and I got three of the items from the order a few days ago, so apparently the order was shipped in discrete units. I have yet to receive the remaining items.

I was wondering if this was typical, for an order to be sent in parts?

In order to keep shipping fees down (for you and us), your order was split into two smaller shipments. They both went out at the same time, so the second half should not be long in showing up.

Attention: Paizo
This appears to be a bigger problem now:

I have received duplicate shipments of parts of this order:

- Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting
- Pathfinder Chronicles: Curse of the Crimson Throne Map Folio
- Curse of the Crimson Throne: Skeletons of Scarwall

These items were received several days ago in one package. Today I received the rest of my order, but I also received another package containing the above listed items again (giving me a total of two of each of the above items).

Thus far I don't appear to have been charged for the duplicate items or shipping on them. I am unsure how to proceed. I do not want the duplicates.

the same thing happened to me with the "second darkness" companion book. allison told me to gift it to someone, but that's just one book, not an entire extra shipment including the hardcover.

i'm going to guess that they'll have you ship it back and post store credit after they get it back to cover the postage...

Major problems...duplicate shipment! (see above post)

Sorry, just wanted to bump this so that a Paizo staffer would get the gist with a roll-over of the topic.

Didn't mean to dismiss your comments Derek, just wanted to keep things noticeable for Paizo.

I guess I should probably say, in order to keep this noticeable, could we refrain from extra posts? I would prefer this get resolved quickly for both my and Paizo's sakes.


Hello Paizo

I have aproblem with order number 989501, on my account dated June 28th, this is still pending. I have recieved The Curse of the Crimson Throne chapter 6, but not chapter 5. Additionally this does dot appear in my downloads along with the others. Does anyone else have the same problem. Apologies if this has been addressed in another message board!

Unfortunately, houstonderek is correct. Please ship the extras back, and I will credit your return shipping back to you either as a credit to the originating card, or as Paizo store credit (please note your preference with the return).

Your order was not shipped due to an expired credit card, and it appears to have failed to reprocess as it should have when you fixed the card. I have reprocessed the order, and we will get it shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Okay, no problem. My post office is just down the street. I will send the order back today. Not sure if you did already, but could you check to make sure I was not charged twice? If I was, I would also like the extra charge as store credit.

Update:

I've sent the duplicates, with a notice for you, back as of August 20th. My post office says 11 business days. The postage is, of course, on the exterior of the package.

Is there a way to let me know when you receive it and credit my account?
