Dragon and Dungeon PDFs

When, if ever, with the last twelve or so issues of Dungeon and Dragon be avaliable in PDF form?

If I remember the answer correctly -- when WotC either brings them out themselves or allows one final license to Paizo to release the final 12 on PDF. Paizo can sell the PDFs they already have till the cows come home, but can't make any new ones.

Can anyone please tell me if the old Dragon Mags are still available on a CD?

They are OOP. But you can often find the old Dragons Magazines on CD on Amazon or ebay.

On Amazon I found this for $129.00.

On ebay there are currently five. One the bidding is only at about $25.00 currently the rest are over $100.00.
