When should I stop refreshing?

Knowing my obsessive tendencies, I know that I will continue to refresh both my email and downloads pages alternately every minute or so all night long instead of packing for my vacation tomorrow. Is there a time after which it is pointless for me to do so because you will have all gone home and the pdfs won't come no matter how many times I click f5?

I'm going home soon, but Gary is still running labels, and plans to plow through a lot more still.

yoda, turns out your order didn't quite fit into the "fast queue" because it had a cancelled item on it. The fast queue is probably overly literal about what orders it will process, but in this case you lucked out, because the first several hundred orders that went through the fast queue got mangled by a bug that I thought I had squished, and won't be able to unsquish until tomorrow.

So I'm picking your order manually via the "slow queue" as soon as I can, which I expect to be in a few minutes.

Gary just came on the chat to personally tell me when it shipped. He timed it perfectly when the email hit my inbox. That's talent and customer service blended together into a fine puree of awesome. Thanks Gary!

I must have been in the fast queue since I have #13 already, so I'm not looking for any special treatment or anything here--I'm just praising what I see as praiseworthy.

Me too. I'm reading PF 13 and loving it. :) Presumably I'll get my PF 12 and hardcover before too much longer, but I can only read one thing at a time anyway.

What a nice wake-up present. It's perfect timing, as the group just rescued Trinia Sabor from the gathering mobs last night and are starting to develop a hatred for whoever's responsible for all the recent ills. So excited to see how everything comes to a head....

We split your order into two packages because it would have been overweight, thus saving you some money. The other box should get processed today.

OK, I've run everything I can through the fast queue, so it'll be Monday and the normal warehouse process for the remaining subscription orders that haven't already been fulfilled. Subscription orders are marked as "expedited" so they will be processed ahead of everything else.
