When I read “Seven days…” it starts weeks after “Edge of Anarchy”. I think that my PC would wish to be interested in taking time to discover a little more Korvosa and finishing with some cases (like Devargo). I’m going to introduce some elements that they’ll meet soon and I’m splitting my PC’s group in two part (for 2 different evenings because their goals are different), tell me if you think that it’s a good idea and help me to find one Challenge rating for my 1rst group:
- One group is going to come back to see the “king’s doctor” (I create because I don’t find any information about him) in order to know more things about the king’s death. At that moment I’m going to introduce the different symptoms of the ill meeting in “Seven days…”,
- The same group is going to meet Orisini, because one of the PC thinks that Vencarlo is BlackJack, but at that moment is not going to tell them the truth on Trinia because they’re going to be with Grau, so, because of the difficulty in the relation between Orisini and Grau, he would prefer to not tell anything,
- To finish with this 1rst group, they’ll come back to the grave to meet once again one cleric of Pharasma in order to better understand the presence of Undead in Korvosa.
- But I don’t know that encounter they would be able to meet in order to fight a little and gain a little XP, I think about an undead in the Gray, what about a mummy but I don’t think it’s realistic!
- The 2nd group (with Verik) is going in Old Korvosa to meet one of my NPC. They’ll find Amin (a non-noble girl present in “Edge of Anarchy”, that they know), dead because of the use of Shiver, so they’ll go to make justice against Devargo. In searching, they’ll find a letter with the signature of Meliya Arkona asking Devargo to spread Shiver into the city, at that moment Verik would talk about the reason of his leaving from the Korvosa’s gard to deliver free meat (because of Meliya),
- The sorcerer of the group (Halfling) wishes to learn more on Acadamae, but know he can’t enter, so I wish to give him the opportunity to have information on it with a Halfling who studying (or have studied) in the Acadamae. But I don’t know if the best way is that this student is still in the Acadamae or if he didn’t succeed in the graduate test and now he’s learning in the Theumanexus College?
- In this 2nd group, one of the PC wasn’t present during the last party, so I’m going to use that to introduce the Maydens in telling him that it’s this group who came in the citadel to lead Trinia to the Castle.
