I would like to combine order #663585 which I placed today with my Pathfinder order #986636, if that is possible.

Right now, you can only combine subscription items with other subscription items. We plan to offer the ability to combine regular orders with subscriptions in the future, though.

Yes—the reason that wasn't being applied was because Pathfinder 11 hadn't shipped due to a payment failure. We'll put 11 in with 12 and 13 and try again.

I am William Pall's wife and I placed the order, and until it arrives, I have hijacked his account. There is a present for him in it, as well as goodies for me since I've started gaming with him, but I don't want him to have knowledge of this until I give it to him. So he's become a bit whiney that he doesn't have access to his Paizo account. So if you could just give me a heads up, I'm sure I can find something shiny to distract him with!

So he's become a bit whiney that he doesn't have access to his Paizo account. So if you could just give me a heads up, I'm sure I can find something shiny to distract him with!
About half of the order s in and ready to go. Most of the items that are not ready to go have a "should ship by" estimate of 5 to 11 business days from the date the order is completed (which would be anywhere from August 1 through August 11). However, a couple of the items have an estimate of 9 to 16 business days (I am being intentionally vague about which to avoid William's prying eyes).
Depending on which product is the gift, I can break the order up and ship the items which are ready to go right away, but this will require a separate shipping and handling fee for the additional shipment. If this is something you would like to do, send me and email to customer.service@paizo.com with the particular item that you want sent and I will see if I can get his gift send as quickly as possible.

Hi Cosmo! Thanks for being vague...apparently William is lurking here on the message boards! He just texted me letting me know that you replied!
I don't think we'll split the order. As of right now, I'm the impatient one and I want my new toys! LOL! I did look over everything that was ordered and most of the items had a ship estimate of 5 to 11 days. I think the longest estimate is for one of my miniatures.
I know that it might not be possible for you to know, but is there any chance that the order will go out this week? I'm only asking because we'll be playing the second session on Saturday and I'd be ever so geeked if I had my new stuff.

those 'usually ships by' dates mean that they have to wait for the truck to come in from their distributor, so its all on when that truck comes in. (I think)
