Order #954057 Shipping issue

Hi, first off I'd just like to point out this isn't a complaint as such, more just letting you know there was a minor issue.

The "GameMastery Item Cards: Essentials Deck" was part of the order and it did arrive with the contents intact, however the packaging for said cards was ripped at both side of the hinge as if someone had pushed their hand into the box as they where putting the shrink wrapped cards into it.

Whilst 9 time out of 10 the packaging will be discarded, if I where looking at giving the cards to someone as a present or for some other reason wanted the packaging intact it would be another matter.

To clarify this is referring to the packaging of the card deck it's self, not the shipping box.

I apologize for the damaged product! We try to catch this kind of thing before it goes out the door, but sometimes things will slip by.

I will get a replacement pack of cards shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Odd, the forums appear to have eaten my first reply.

Thanks for the quick response.
A replacement product is definitely appreciated, I wasn't really expecting it as the issue was with the packaging rather than the cards themselves.
