Hey guys, I wanted to ask a quick question. I couldn't find any rules pertaining to this particular issue, so I would like everyones opinion. The Corrupting Touch bloodline power allows you to touch a target, make them shaken, and they take -2 against enchantment spells, which is good considering you get a lot of known enchantment spells. But here is a small issue. A touch attack is considered just that, an attack. If I am walking through town, and put my touch on my arm, walk up to Suzy, and discharge my touch attack on her, she would consider me hostile by the rules standards. How could I possibly cast any spell such as "Charm Monster" at her if she is already considering me hostile? Also, if I were to get Spell Focus/Greater Spell Focus {Enchantment} would these two feats, plus Corrupting Touch offer stacked DCs?

First of all, corrupting touch causes fear: shaken is a fear condition. It makes perfect sense that something that causes a fear response would make it impossible to cast a spell whose effect is make the target view you in a more positive light (i.e. charm monster).
Second of all, corrupting touch modifies saves. Spell Focus/Greater Spell Focus both affect save DCs. Although in the end they have the same effect, they get there from two opposite directions. So the answer is yes and no. They don't stack because they're added on to different things, but they work together at the same time. If that's helpful.
