It doesn't bother me; I just thought I'd bring it to Cosmo's attention for any possible bug testing.

I checked the My Downloads section of your account. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary.
There is supposed to be two versions of each Pathfinder download. One version has the entire book in one single, bookmarked, PDF. This version is easier to read straight through. The other version has the book boken down into separate PDFs for each chapter. This makes it easier to have several chapters open at once for ease of game use.
I didn't see anything in there three times, but I'm not necessarily the most observant of servants. If I've missed the mark completely, please let me know which PDFs specifically that you are seeing duplicated and triplicated .

Ahhh. I didn't even realize two versions of the same PDF were being given. I think what I saw was 3 of the same module, different chapters, side by side by side. Thanks for checking this out for me, Cosmo.
As a result of the Gazetteer misshipment issue, I have a duplicate Gazetteer in my downloads. I think anyone who required a replacement Gazetteer may have the same issue.

I have that too ... I just chalked it up to the re-ordering of the Gazetteer and figured eveyone that suffered that problem had the same duplication. Meh.

THIS is a legitimate duplication. And this is what I was expecting to see when I checked out Varl's downloads.
In fact, whenever any replacement subscription item is shipped, you will get a second PDF for that item. This is due to the fact that replacements are spawned out of the subscription in the same way as a normal subscription shipment. Since a subscription item spawns a PDF when it is shipped, the replacements do the same thing and you end up with a second PDF.
This is a known behavior, and we've thought about looking into fixes. But since it is such a minor issue, more critical issues tend to take up Gary's time. Going forward, however, this will become more of an issue as it becomes a greater inconvenience for subscribers. So a fix for this behavior will be coming eventually.
In the meantime if the clutter of doubled PDFs is bothering you, just let me know and I can go in there and clean them out for you manually.

It's not a big deal at all. I just hadn't seen it brought up before, and this thread seemed to be the right place to mention it.

Oh yeah, I had a couple minutes the other day and fixed this one. Forgot to tell Cosmo. D'oh!
